Wow… Tricky judgements. At one point, I thought it was a motorised unicycle being ridden. Remember kids, it’s great to be a “good rider”, however, it’s everyone else you have to be careful of. One absent mided pedestrian stepping out from behind a car, and it’s game over for all involved. Then it doesnt matter how good you were.
Judging by the video he knows what he’s doing and what he can and can’t get away with. Who gives a toss if he rides like that? And why would u watch a video called “Motorcycle Insanity” if u know it would cause u to become a little bit upset?

An inexperienced rider, on an unfamiliar bike, in heavy traffic would not sound like a good idea to any reasonable person.

Fork seals are ALWAYS replaced in pairs. So while the bike is laid up do the other fork-even though it ain't leaking at this point, it will and soon.
Next, the service manual tells you exactly what tools and how to do this job. without having the bike here in my shop I can only give guidelines, which are applicable to every bike out there.
1)remove front wheel, fender, brakes and the fork tubes one at a time from the triple tree
2)just before removing the fork tubes, remove the caps at the top of the forks. now loosen the fork pinch bolts and remove the forks one at a time from the triple tree
3)after removing the fork spring and any other spacers, carefully drain the fork oil from the fork into a suitable container.
4)there is usually a bolt that is holding the slider in the fork. Access to this bolt is usually at the bottom of the fork. You may need to have either a special tool or fabricate something to hold the fork internals from turning when you take the special hex socket to remove the bolt with.
4a) remove the dust cap, the internal c clip with a pair of internal clip pliers, the spacer and anything else that is holding the seal in place.
5)place fork slider in a bench vice that has the clamping devise well padded, so as not to scratch, nick or ding the fork parts. Now rapidly push and pull the tube assembly in and out-REALLY HARD This is liable to take a few minutes of really hard pulling and rapid pushing in and pulling again to dislodge the seal. Resist the urge to "dig it out" with anything, as chances are you will scratch your fork tube and then have to replace it.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Make sure you got the order correct on the seal, the spacer, the c clip and such and then make sure you line up and bolt down tight the slider tube internals, using locktite to hold the bolt in place from the bottom.
Most manuals will tell you to use a certain weight oil for the forks. I personally always give my customers the option to do that but find most opt for AutoTrans Fluid (with seal Swell). It is way cheaper than the itty bitty bottles of "fork oil" and provides a stiffer more even handling. ATF was the standard fluid for years before all the "designer oils" hit the market with their "designer prices".
